Sintered Metal Fiber Felt

Stainless steel sintered fiber felt is a kind of fiber net sintered by high temperature. It has a high strength and still keeps a three-dimensional reticulated porous structure. Besides, it has a high porosity and the bore diameters are distributed evenly. Therefore, it overcomes the metal nets' shortages of easy to block and be damaged; solves the filter paper's problems of not resisting temperature and pressure. All in all, the stainless steel sintered fiber felt is an ideal filter material and it is widely used in petrochemical industry and other industrial places.

Applications for stainless steel sintered fiber felt:
Polymer filtration and polyester melt purification.
Filtration of refining process, pre-filtration of ultrafilter.
Electronic high temperature gas dust removal.
Liquid purification in pharmaceutical, petroleum, biology and beverage industries.
Vacuum pump protection filter, filter membrane support, catalyst carrier.
Airbags of cars and fuel filtration of aircraft and ships.
Hydraulic system filtration.

Features of stainless steel sintered fiber felt:
High dirt holding capacity and filtering accuracy.
High porosity and excellent permeability.
High temperature and corrosion resistance.
Little pressure loss and large flow.
Can be welded and machined because of its large filter area.
Easy to clean and can be used for a longer time.
Sintered fiber is made of metal fiber, Stainless steel is the mainly alloy;
60-90% porosity
Filter Rate from 1 to 100 μm.
